Coffs Harbour Catering Company is a professional catering service dedicated to delivering beautifully presented food for corporate and special events across the Coffs Harbour region.
We specialise in creating stunning platters and individual food boxes that cater to a wide range of dietary needs and allergies—with care, precision, and flair. Whether it’s a boardroom lunch, a product launch, or a milestone celebration, we pride ourselves on crafting inclusive catering experiences that make an impact.
Coffs Harbour Catering Company is founded and led by Paul Spinoglio, a hospitality professional with over 20 years of industry experience and a deep-rooted passion for food, people, and service. Raised in motels and pubs, Paul’s career started on Hayman Island in the Whitsundays, where he worked his way from steward to Chief Steward before holding leadership roles at Sydney Harbour Casino, Star City, and Conrad Jupiter’s on the Gold Coast.
His extensive experience managing large-scale restaurants, events, and front-of-house operations eventually led him to follow his dream of owning and operating his own food businesses right here in Coffs Harbour.
Paul is the proud owner of two well-known local venues:
JBN Café, a beloved café located in Park Beach Plaza, known for its welcoming atmosphere, house-made cakes, pastries, and a strong focus on fresh, gluten-free offerings using locally sourced ingredients. Since taking over the café, Paul has grown it into a bustling 90-seat venue that’s become a local favourite for breakfast, lunch, and everything in between.
Silvio’s Italiano, a 160-seat Italian-style café, deli, and bar—also located at Park Beach Plaza—which Paul founded nearly two decades ago in honour of his late father, Silvio. An Italian immigrant, Silvio instilled in Paul the values of hard work, hospitality, and the joy of sharing great food and wine. Today, Silvio’s offers traditional wood-fired pizza, handmade pasta, Italian beers on tap, and warm, rustic charm inspired by Italian family dining.
Through Coffs Harbour Catering Company, Paul brings together the expertise, heart, and heritage behind both of these venues—offering the same high standards of quality, flavour, and care to corporate functions and private events throughout the region.
